Tax Credit Workshop

TAX CREDITS AND HOW TO RESEARCH YOUR HISTORIC HOME
Preservation Zebulon is partnering with the Town of Zebulon to offer an evening workshop on Tax Credits, and how those who have a structure within our newly established historic district can obtain them. We will also hold a lecture on how to research your historic home. Both presentations will be on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at our Town Hall.
This workshop is free and open to the public. Speakers are reps from the NC State Historic Preservation Office, a local architect specializing in historically sensitive rehabilitation, Zebulon’s Economic Development team, and Preservation Zebulon leadership.  Mark the date and please plan to attend.
