Support local literacy efforts by bringing a gently used or new book to donate to the WAKE Up and Read 10th Annual Book Drive. WAKE Up and Read is a community coalition dedicated to ensuring that each and every child in Wake County - regardless of race, ethnicity, and socio-economic status - will read proficiently by the end of 3rd grade. Book selections for elementary through middle grades are appropriate. Zebulon Chamber is a book collection partner for East County.
